Offers valid only at Pearl Vision in Tooting.

1. Eligibility:
Offers apply when purchasing a complete pair of glasses (frame and lenses).

2. Eye Test Discounts:

• Buy a pair of glasses with a frame priced £99 or more → Eye test for £12.50 (standard price £25).
• Buy a pair of glasses with a frame priced £149 or more → Free eye test.

3. Time Limit
To qualify for the half-price or free eye test, glasses must be purchased within 30 days of the eye test. The test fee will be discounted from the total amount due.

4. Second Pair
Offer Buy a complete pair with frames priced £79 or more and get:

• £59 off a second pair with single vision lenses, or
• 50% off lenses plus £59 off the frame on a second pair with varifocal or bifocal lenses.

5. NHS Patients
NHS patients are not eligible for any promotional offers or discounts on glasses or eye tests. However, if a patient is eligible for free NHS glasses and chooses a higher-range (non-NHS) frame:

• They usually receive £49 off the glasses (extra discount plus NHS voucher value).
• Alternatively, if the patient chooses to pay the standard price (voucher value without additional discount), the patient becomes eligible for the second pair offer.

6. Exclusions
Offers do not apply to safety glasses, contact lenses, or non-prescription eyewear.

7. Offer Limitations
Only one offer per person per transaction. Offers cannot be combined, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

8. Availability
All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended without prior notice.

9. Refund or Exchange Policy

• Varifocals: 60-day trial for refund or exchange.
• Single vision: Refunds or exchanges allowed only on the same day of purchase and only on stock lenses.
• Bifocals: Not eligible for refund or exchange.
• In the event of a return, any refund will reflect the actual amount paid after any promotional discounts.

10. Prescription Requirement
All glasses must be purchased with a valid prescription according to British standards. Pearl Vision is required to keep a copy of the prescription for the record.

11. Misuse
Pearl Vision reserves the right to refuse or cancel offers in cases of suspected misuse or fraud.
